Our Current Weather

  • Temperature average 70 to 80 degrees during the summer. Balmy days and cool evenings.

  • Altitude: 5,000 feet. As soon as the sun sets, the temperature drops about 15 to 20 degrees.

  • Our ranch abounds with birds, wildlife, wild flowers and a variety of natural wonders. The only shooting we allow is with a camera.

  • Exploring our ranch, hiking the wildlife trails and ranch roads, identifying the many birds and wild flowers, experiencing the romance of the ancient indian campground, rockhounding, and just relaxing and soaking in the beauty and the warm sun are some of the activities our guests enjoy.

  • Pickups, cars, small campers or motorhomes, & mountain bikes may be used on our ranch roads for exploring, but we do not allow the use of atv’s, motorized bikes, etc.

  • We are extremely proud of the excellent ratings given to us by our guests as well as those of camping guides & magazines.
